This is to advise the IETF that Nokia believes the unpublished Nokia patent
applications US 11/056390 and PCT/IB05/000920, and corresponding patents, may
relate to Internet-Draft on Mobile IPv6 bootstrapping in split scenario
Regarding this Internet Draft submission "Mobile IPv6 bootstrapping in split
scenario", to the extent this submission is included into final IETF standard
spesification, Nokia agrees not to assert those claims in Nokia patents, which
result from the above-identified applications, that apply to this submission and
are technically necessary to implement the IETF standard spesification against
any other party in respect of its implementation of the specification, provided
that the party relying on this commitment does not assert its patents against
