Red Melic, Inc. is willing to negotiate an open source license, without payment of royalties or other payment, provided that such open sources licensee agrees to reasonable terms and conditions, including the disclosure of implementations or improvements utilizing or derived from Red Melic Inc. intellectual property rights under the same license terms and conditions. The open source license includes a commitment by Red Melic Inc. to offer the open source license to Linux. For anyone that is unwilling to agree to an open source license, Red Melic Inc. is willing to negotiate a flat-fee, paid-up, nonexclusive license, without the right to sublicense, on reasonable and non-discriminatory terms and conditions. Red Melic Inc. proposes setting the flat fee based on the market size of the licensee and would include conditions on assignability and transferability of the license to similarly positioned third party entities. |
