The following IPR Disclosure and Licensing Declaration is made pursuant to
RFC 3979 Section 6.1.1 relating to
draft-saito-mmusic-ipsec-negotiation-req-00.txt.

The technology of the documents might be covered by NTT Communications
patent applications PCT/JP2004/016708 and possibly be ultimately covered by
corresponding patents in each country.

To the extent that the technology becomes an IETF Standard, and to the
extent claims of NTT Communications patents are required to implement the
IETF Standard, NTT Communications is prepared to grant - on the basis of
reciprocity for the above IETF Standard - a license to an unrestricted
number of applicants on a worldwide, non-discriminatory basis and on
reasonable terms and conditions to make, use and sell implementations of the
above IETF Standard.
