The Patent Holder is committed to supporting open standards and ensuring that the Collaboration Tunnel Protocol (TCT) can be freely implemented by all parties. U.S. provisional patent application US63/895763 (“A Method and System for a Collaborative, Resource‑Efficient, and Verifiable Communication Tunnel between Web Publishers and Automated Agents”) was filed on October 8, 2025. The disclosed methods relate to efficient web content delivery using existing HTTP semantics (e.g., RFC 9110/9111) without introducing new protocol headers or extensions. This disclosure is being made in connection with the submission of draft‑jurkovikj‑collab‑tunnel to ensure full transparency. The Patent Holder commits to grant a royalty‑free, worldwide, non‑exclusive, reasonable and non‑discriminatory license under any Necessary Patent Claims (as defined in RFC 8179) to all implementers of conforming implementations of the specification(s) that result from draft‑jurkovikj‑collab‑tunnel (and any updates or successors).
