VI. Licensing Declaration

The Patent Holder is willing to license Necessary Patent Claims on Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory terms with Reciprocity, with possible royalty/fee payments, to all implementers of the relevant IETF specification.

The licensing terms include a reciprocity condition: each licensee, in turn, must offer reciprocal RAND terms to the Patent Holder for any Necessary Patent Claims they own that read on the same IETF specification.

Specific licensing terms (royalty rates, scope, jurisdiction) will be negotiated in good faith with each prospective licensee. Initial commercial inquiries may be directed to oleg@vasylenko.tel.
