Out of caution, the applicant discloses that this application may ultimately Cover implementations of portions of draft-kondoju-evc-00, although the applicant does not believe any claim is necessary to implement the normative EVC contract as currently drafted. To the extent any necessary patent claims are ultimately found to Cover implementation of this IETF contribution, the applicant intends to make such claims available on a royalty-free basis to all implementers.
