The referenced provisional application is directed to client-internal mechanisms operating on material that has already been received: a deferred-delivery gate with rolling-window behavioral accumulation, a local-custody split with portable interaction corpus, an independent monitor with integrity attestation, and a statistical enforcement engine. None of these is specified in draft-flores-aidp-provenance.

The mechanisms this draft does specify, the Provenance Seal and the Serving Register, are contributed as unclaimed subject matter. The applicant does not intend to claim them, and non-provisional claims will be drafted to this boundary.
