Tellabs makes the following disclosure pursuant to the IETF IPR Policy, RFC 3979, regarding: draft-ietf-l2vpn-vpls-ldp-06.txt; and draft-ietf-l2vpn-vpls-bgp-05. The subject matter of these documents may be covered, either in whole or in part, by the subject matter of Tellabs patent US 6,847,641 and counterpart applications CA2440241, EP1366606 and PCT/US02/07246 (WO 02/073909).
