PARTS IN SAID STANDARD, TARI IS PREPARED TO GRANT - ON THE BASIS OF
RECIPROCITY (I.E., GRANTBACK) - A LICENSE ON SUCH INCLUDED PARTS ON
REASONABLE, NON-DISCRIMINATORY TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PROVIDED THAT TARI
