Cisco is the owner of US Patent Nos. 6,243,667, 6,308,148, 6,889,181, and
6,590,894 and US published patent applications 20010051865 and 20050027506
relating to the subject matter of Request for Comments (RFC) 3917
"Requirements for IP Flow Information Export (IPFIX)."


If any claims of any issued Cisco patents are necessary for implementing this
specification, any party will have the right to use any such patent claims
under reasonable, non-discriminatory terms, with reciprocity, to implement
and fully comply with the specification.
