This is an update to the original filing. The IETF's IPR notice system doesnt provide for updates to filings and lists them as new creation dates when legal notice happened previouosly. The IETF was originally informed of these patent applications in 2003. It has chosen to ignore that and to develop IP which clearly violates these patents and their rights through its GEOPRIV Working Group which came much later |
