This is to advise the IETF that Nokia believes that an unpublished Nokia
patent application No. 60/416481 "EAP RE-AUTHENTICATION SERVER SELECTION"
may be relevant to some EAP server pooling implementations for protocols
specified in draft-haverinen-pppext-eap-sim-07.txt and
draft-arkko-pppext-eap-aka-06.txt.

Regarding said IETF documents, to the extent said patent application is relevant
to the final IETF specifications, Nokia agrees not to assert those claims in
said patent application (or eventually granted patent) that apply to these
submissions against any other party in respect of its implementation of the
specifications, provided that the party relying on this commitment does not assert
its patents against Nokia.
