ITU-T Q10/15 wishes to inform the IETF MPLS WG that, at our September 2022
closing plenary meeting, ITU-T SG15 has agreed an Implementer’s guide for
Recommendation ITU-T G.8121/Y.1381 (2018), and has initiated the final approval
processes for the following documents:

− Corrigendum 1 to Recommendation ITU-T G.8121.1/Y.1381.1 (2018)
Characteristics of MPLS-TP equipment functional blocks supporting ITU-T
G.8113.1/Y.1372.1 OAM mechanisms

− Corrigendum 1 to Recommendation ITU-T G.8121.2/Y.1381.2 (2018)
Characteristics of MPLS-TP equipment functional blocks supporting ITU-T
G.8113.2/Y.1372.2 OAM mechanisms

This Implementer’s Guide and these Corrigenda fix issues that were first
identified in, and agreed to be addressed based on a contribution to this
meeting.

The agreed and consented documents are attached.

ITU-T Q14/15 continues to study management of MPLS-TP systems and equipment.

ITU-T Q14/15 wishes to inform the IETF MPLS WG that, at this meeting, ITU-T
SG15 has also initiated the approval process for the following
Recommendations:− Amendment 1 to Recommendation ITU-T G.8152.1/Y.1375.1 (2021)
Operation, administration, maintenance (OAM) management information and data
models for the MPLS-TP network element − Amendment 1 to Recommendation ITU-T
G.8152.2/Y.1375.2 (2021) Resilience information/data models for the MPLS-TP
network element

Additionally, new work items have been started for the following:

− Amendment 1 to Recommendation ITU-T G.8151/Y.1374 (2020) Management aspects
of the MPLS-TP network element to reference G.7710 for the common requirements
of administrative state management − Amendment 2 to ITU-T G.8152.1 to advance
the UML information model and YANG data model for configuring MPLS-TP OAM on
the Static LSP − Amendment 2 to ITU-T G.8152.2 to advance the UML information
model and YANG data model for linear and ring protection
