Abstract: This liaison statement informs ITU-T SG2, ITU-T SG17 and IETF/IRTF
OPS about initiation of a new work item ITU-T Y.Mec-INSA-DIC “Mechanism for
intelligent awareness of network status enhanced by distributed intelligence
collaboration”.

During the ITU-T SG13 meeting (Geneva, 15 - 26 July 2024), ITU-T Q7/13 agreed
on the initiation of a new work item on “Mechanism for intelligent awareness of
network status enhanced by distributed intelligence collaboration” (ITU-T
Y.Mec-INSA-DIC, SG13-TD434/WP2).

ITU-T Y.Mec-INSA-DIC aims to illustrate mechanism for intelligent awareness of
network status enhanced by distributed intelligence collaboration. ITU-T SG13
would like to thank you for your attention and look forward to future
cooperation on this subject.
