Abstract: This liaison statement informs about the consent of new
Recommendation ITU-T Y.3165 (ex Y.CCO-req) “Requirements of orchestration
supporting confidential computing for network slices in IMT-2020 networks and
beyond”.

ITU-T Working Party 1/13 would like to inform about the progress on
Recommendation ITU-T Y.3165 (ex Y.CCO-req) “Requirements of orchestration
supporting confidential computing for network slices in IMT-2020 networks and
beyond”, which has been consented at the ITU-T Working Party 1/13 meeting,
Geneva, 25 July 2025.

This Recommendation puts forward the enhanced requirements from the viewpoints
of orchestration supporting confidential computing for network slices in the
IMT-2020 network and beyond. It specifies the requirements, as well as
architecture, interfaces and procedures of orchestration supporting
confidential computing for network slices in IMT-2020 networks and beyond.

ITU-T Working Party 1/13 looks forward to keeping continued collaboration and
exchanging information with you on this topic.
