Follow-up Liaison Request to IETF IDR WG on BGP Data Model

Dear Colleagues,

The BBF would like to thank you for your efforts in investigating our previous
liaison request titled “oLS to IETF on BGP Data Model”, regarding the status of
the BGP draft of which the WT477i2 draft is dependent upon.

The YANG data models developed in WT-477i2 depend entirely on
ietf-bgp@2024-10-21.yang and all of its associated dependencies defined in
draft-ietf-idr-bgp-model-18, listed as follows:

To further support IETF IDR review and, as requested, we have attached the
draft version of WT-477i2 together with its YANG model, bbf-d-olt-bgp.yang, for
your consideration.

As the BBF document referencing this data model (WT-477i2) is nearing
completion, we would be unable to proceed it to publication until the IETF BGP
data model is published. We would therefore appreciate any information the IETF
can provide regarding target publication dates for the BGP YANG data model.
This will help us determine when we can publish Issue 2 of TR-477.
