Incoming Liaison Text:

ITU-T Study Group 11 would like to inform ITU-T Study Group 13 and IETF RTCWEB
WG on the creation of the new work item Q.DC-SA-Ms “Media session protocols for
interfaces on converged media function for data channel enhanced IMS network”.

As ITU-T Q.3648 provides the basic signalling architecture for data channel
enhanced IMS network, and Converged Media Function (CMF) is one of the most
important key functions of Q.3648, Q.DC-SA-Ms will analyze the interfaces,
signalling procedures and signalling messages related to CMF. This draft
Recommendation will build on and align with ITU-T Q.3648, ITU-T Y.3104 and IETF
RFC8831. ITU-T Q2/11 would like to thank you for your attention on this topic.
