Dean: Where you do put QoS in this model?
Rong: QoS is sent to the BNG from the controller
Dean: Part of it is in the CP, part in the UP, where do you define it?
Rong: The CP defines the QoS,
Dean: When a user is connected, they are connected, the CP finds out from the controller, which is then sent to the UP (?)

Alia: Will this get the same or more level of review in RTGWG?
Alia: Need to see if this can be migrated to RTGWG
Rong: Not getting email on the list, just private
Alia: There is work and deployment, would encourage people to send feedback to the public WG
Alia: This doesn't seem to be "done" in the next month or two, which means it will not be fast enough; RTGWG will have more time, there is related work coming in there anyway

Sue: Not a part of writeable nodes; notification and read only streams

Kent: There should probably be a separate non sensitive stream
