There was a question what NMDA is, Mikael Abrahamsson helped clarify
Stig pointed out that it passed WGLC, but still good if people can
review and speak up if any issues.

Mankamana was asking about non-member leave, what should happen if
receive leaves from a non-member.
Author says he doesn't think it is necessary to do it differently.

Toerless asking if it is OK to have a YANG model for something that
is not a standard.
Warren Kumari says it seems maybe a bit weird, but he sees no issue.
Toerless argues about IETF process. AD doesn't think it is that much an issue.
Joel mentions downrefs, but that is fine sometimes.

Toerless saying many new features developed without YANG models. Should
YANG models be done in the same draft.
Mikael says he hopes for models to be done in the IETF, but the process
could be better. If not done here, it will be done outside the IETF.

Warren mentions versioning. Mikael says vendors might do their proprietary
thing, then later an IETF model.
Rick Taylor, the same people doing BCPs for protocols also good at YANG
models.

He is a bit concerned about the use if pim and if should be in the pim WG.

Ice, saying may not want a separate protocol for distributin this, but
an interesteding idea. Also says a bit like LDP.

Warren Kumari, need good collaboration between bier and pim.
Jeffrey, using BSR has 2 disadvantages, one is refreshing (soft state).
Encapsulation info does not need to be flooded across domains. Border
routers could do something.

Ice saying could redistribute between IGPs.
Jeffrey, says even though BSR to flood information, still dependency
on IGP.

Hooman Bidgoli, says pim may still look bad.
