JMAP Presentation

It was just two of us - Neil and I - both from FastMail
in Australia, so we basically did what we could have
done at home!

We worked on updating the JMAP Proxy and javascript client
code to the latest draft, checking that it was sensibly
implementable, and filing bugs for things that were
inconsistent or didn't make sense.
