    One issue still opened, 


    Francesca: if we want to register capabilities to the algorithm that are not the same as the ones for the key type,  will these capabilities in the registry for algorithm be additional to those in the key type or will they replace those of key type?

    Jim: additional to those of key type.

    Francesca: I have reviewed and am fine with the PR once it is merged.

    Chair: let's go and merge and create  a new revision.

    WGLC finished, need to add capabilites, which is simple. ready for final review and shepherd

    Will address the email from Robert?
