JCZ explains that there is a need to improve the communication between the 802.11bh and the MADINAS working groups.
MCR express disbelief at the captive portal situation. 
MCR: The IEEE does not know much about captive portals it seems.
EV/MCR/JCZ: liaison from MADINAS (or ietf-ieee802 ML) could be used to communicate official concerns

JCZ explains that there are discussions between IETF and WBA to run an OpenRoaming experiment at a future IETF meeting.
MCR reminds people that an Ethics committee review needs to occur and consent could be required to run such experiement

Chairs/AD: not clear if this is in the charter of MADINAS or not.  Don't think we can go into this space.
