IRTF Open Meeting ================= Monday, 27 March 2023, at 13:00-15:00 Japan Standard Time Room: G401-G402 Chair: Colin Perkins The main focus of the IRTF Open Meeting will be the Applied Networking Research Prize (ANRP) award talks given by Boris Pismenny and Arthur Selle Jacobs.
