Regarding CLDR:

*   Github reference isn't necessarily reliable.
*   Question for ADs: is it OK to have that in the RFC, since the expert
    can get IANA to update it.
*   Bron will speak to IANA about getting a correct reference.

Regarding guidance to IANA:

*   Designated expert - tell the expert what to look at.

Discussion on error handling:

*   If you care, put a critical on it, otherwise up to the recipient.

Duplicate:

*   Two, neither have critical - pick the first one?
*   Carsten: pretty funny that there's a MUST in a section called
    "Informative"
*   We want predictable processing, so good to define preferred way to
    do error handling. Doesn't give sender license to throw everything
    in there. Want to encourage strict implementations (there's an IAB
    RFC coming out which discusses this in detail)
