Tim Wicnski: use of private CAs?

Dan: not an issue

Ben Schwartz: implemented DNR in a client draft is non-starter
Two options: 1) update DNR "rea, fast" or 2) new codepoint

Dan: draft has section on this problem.

Tommy Pauly: do not pull back. SVCB mandatory saves this

Ben: You're right, mandatory parameter saves us again

Dan: Only works for DNR

Erik Nygren: CPE case needs a bigger picture pf a general solution.

Ben: Maybe new mandatory param could work here.

David Lawrence: AD blanched at pulling back DNR doc
