Justin updated on the core draft changes. Major late change is dealing
with token management access token.

WG walked through the RS draft issue tracker on github:

The intention is to get the draft to WGLC by IETF-118. We will probably
need an interim meeting before that, in particular to resolve RS
validation of access token.
