IRTF Open Meeting ================= Thursday, 9 November 2023, at 17:00-18:30 Central European Time Room: Congress Hall 1 Chair: Colin Perkins The main focus of the IRTF Open Meeting will be the Applied Networking Research Prize (ANRP) award talks given by Siva Kakarla, Dennis Trautwein, and Ramakrishnan Sundara Raman.
