Draft and working group status

Core protocol has been approved for publication.

RS Protocol in WGLC.

Lack of energy: the chairs are looking at shutting down the WG and
finding a different venue for the RS draft.

Core protocol and resource server protocol updates

RS Draft did not receive any comments during the WGLC.

Peter Yee: Are there impelementations out of the RS draft? Is nobody
interested in the RS draft?

Justin: There are implementations of different pieces of RS draft, it is
set of things that resource servers can use.
Do not know anybody doing discovery parts. Do not know anybody who has
implemented everything.
