A SCITT system is itself a robot, but I think the use of \"robot\" means something else. The function of tracking vCons is part of the SCITT automation. I assume the use of robot implies there is another stakeholder besides the humans in the example. That means the protocol for redaction involves all of the stakeholders. But the explantion seems to ignore the robot stakeholder. The point being the protocol has to be realistic / implementable. Which is why I threw in the AI training possibility.
