discussion about name. bp-nodeid vs dtn-nodenid
    MCR at mic looked this up, and didn't come up with any better suggestion, and they are both bad names, so just decided to hold nose.
there will be a short (1 week) WGLC after the name-change document has been posted, and will look for objections rather than needing +1.
