Will remain open for updates caused by work on other drafts.

draft-ietf-anima-constrained-join-proxy-15 (expired Nov 2023)

Plan to pick up work after constrained voucher and brski-discover are
reviewed well enough so we know what we want to keep in
constrained-join-proxy

draft-ietf-anima-grasp-distribution

Sheng explains how this is experimental, sent back by AD because of
missing implementation.
Try to get implementation and get back then to WG.

Toerless: maybe a revision with a [To be removed] explanation about
this step.

WG draft slots

01 Update on JWS-Voucher

Draft: draft-ietf-anima-jws-voucher-12 (was -10 at IETF120)
Presenter: Thomas Werner (Local)
Time: 5 min

If there is interest in interop testing, please notify authors.
Mahesh: Some comments wherre posted - update hopefully posted,
specifically from Jim Fenton,
hopefully all addressed.
Thomas: All remaining comments where addressed.
Mahesh himself did not have comments, but supported those from expert
review (Jim Fenton).
One update did failed the deadline.

Mahesh only needed the update:
Please post -13 update now that datatracker ! Michael will do, so Mahesh
can check.

02 Update on BRSKI-PRM

Draft: draft-ietf-anima-brski-prm-15 (was -14 at IETF120)
Presenter: Thomas Werner/Steffen Fries (local/remote)
Time: 5 min

03 Update on cBRSKI - draft + code

Draft: draft-ietf-anima-constrained-voucher-25 (was -24 at IETF119 - no
update during IETF120)
Presenter: Esko Dijk (local)
Length of time requested: 10 min

2 independent validation of installing and running the simulation
environment at the hackathon on the weekend (Michael, Stuart, Esko).
Demo showed the simulator (OTNS2) running the cBRSKI code.

Toerless reminding that chairs could request early IANA allocation for
media type if desirable. Authors think its not necessary

Thomas: voucher-cms+json in rfc8366bis consistent way ?
Esko: Old approach. you can stick the cbor after the +, but cose is more
specific.
Outer encap mechanism should be after the +, e.g.: cms should have been
after the + in RFC 8366, but it's not.

Thomas: Also done wrong in JWS voucher ?
Esko: No, outer encap (of JWS object) is json. So it's correct.

04 Update on BRSKI discovery

Draft: draft-ietf-anima-brski-discovery-05 (was -04 at IETF120)
Presenter: Toerless Eckert (local)
Time: 10 min

Toerless presents the slides.

Esko: have to consider whether to support CoRE Resource Directory (RD).
Which uses CoRE-LF, but is different.
Esko: we can bring our CoRE-LF discovery questions to a CoRE Interim
Meeting, held quite often.

TIME PERMITTING - NEW WORK

Order right now is just order of request arrival, and time is desired
time be requester. We will re-shuffle and cut based on interest/discuss
on the mailing list until the meeting.

05 Lightweight GRASP proposal

Draft: draft-zhu-anima-lightweight-grasp-01 (was -00 at IETF120)
Presenter: Sheng Jian (local/remote)
Time: 10 min (5 min presentation + 5 min discussion)

Sheng presents the slides.
Reviews and comments are requested.

Robin: Why not use QUIC instead of build our own reliability ?
Sheng: Too heavy ?
Toerless: how aboug CoAP ? Maybe try to compare own UDP encap vs. CoAP
encap.
Esko: CoAP is great when you do have the stack already on the device,
but otherwise maybe not.
Esko: TCP can be useful to avoid congestion, but maybe not good if your
(wireless) nodes are moving around all the time.

Toerless: GRASP flooding also an issue for constrained network.

06 NASR Presentation

Draft: NA
Presenter: Luigi Iannone
Time: 5 min
Toerless pointed out similarities between fundamental technologies used
by ACP and NASR (POT), and thought it would be good to make ANIMA WG
aware of NASR work in that context.

Not presented - out of time.

07 Protocol Assisted Protocol (PASP)

Draft: draft-li-rtgwg-protocol-assisted-protoco-06l
Presenter: Zhenbin Li
Time: 10 min (5 min presentation + 5 min discussion)
We have the design of PASP proposed in the draft. It is said it may be
based on ANIMA. Wish to learn possible comments through the
presentation.

Chair Wrap-off

Time: (1 minutes)

Todo

Toerless: check that there is the link-local CORE-LF proxy discovery.
Also check that Core-RD is mentioned. Some minute diference in Core-LF
Resource Directory. Core-LF RD needs registrar message example.
