1.  Editors' progress - Lars Eggert

* Several revisions done since Bangkok IETF
* we believe we have a stable document for the WG to consider
* No open PRs in the Github repository
* Moved examples of bad behavior to clearly non-normative appendix
* Iterated on how we expect moderation team to interact with WG chairs

Are we ready for Last Call? We will wrap up editing & make sure everything is in the document and plan for WG last call on the list.
