Daniele: We already had 4 reviews, RTG DIR, OPS DIR and YANG doctor at 2
different stages. Do the latest changes require another round of review?

Roberto: No
Daniele: What about the relationship and dependency with pluggable
models?
Roberto: probably the proper way would check the RFC9093bis to have
foundamental types update. It depends on the timing.
Daniele: that could be done.
Oscar: does this work related with ivy for inventory management such as
transceiver? Does it differ the configuration with status update?
Roberto: the if-param is controller to NE, not between controllers, it's
for configuration.

Fatai: positioning page - first use cases should already be covered by
Reza's draft.
Shunsuke: this is the same use case done with different model.
Roberto: admin perspective, is it experiments or for lab work? I would
like to hear feedback from operators on producing such use cases.
Shunsuke: we will do.
Swamy: I understand the need of some kind of transparency and setting
changes on CMIS configuration. But the way and uses cases defined here
implicitly have a dependency on the implementation, to read the YANG and
update. So it's not fully transparent and implementation dependent, any
plan to split module or drafts? One could be requirement for
transparently setting the attribute by config/state leaves,
Shunsuke: will discuss offline.
Daniele (as contributor): why to standardize something to configure
customized parameters? Shall we move this document to experimental
track?
Shunsuke: we as operator look for cheaper and better transceivers, but
there are limitation on the use of the router. So we would like to relax
that via this YANG module.

Daniele: please update the draft to be 'standard track'.
Daniele: there is a plan to send liaison to ITU-T. We will start the WG
adopt after IPPM adoption. Heads-up us if we miss anything.
Dieter: now do we have dependency? What is the background to draft
splitting?
Daniele: this was the decision between ccamp/ippm chairs and ADs. This
work goes beyond our domain and is applicable to a wider area, that's
the reason we split the document and keep ccamp part here. IPPM promised
to have prompt adoption and they are doing so.

Haomian: this work is selfcontained and useful to ccamp, but there is
need the work to align with generic agentic work in IETF which is not
stable, the alignment work could be always done after WG adoption.
Daniele: do you mean WG adotion?
Haomian: yes we could put it in our priority queue - the work would be
needed sooner or later, we could put it in the adoption priority queue.

Daniele: fine, we could do sooner. I have no issue to put it in the
adoption queue, and we can move forward once the NMA becomes an IETF
work.
Christian: the draft is formalizing something which does not have to.
The term agent with request and ID it's a formalized process we already
have through netconf, it seems we are repeating the effort. I have not
yet got the benefit of that draft.
Xing: which part are you referring to? Terminology about NMA?
Christian: it's far away from NMA, I am looking for foundamental
implementation, like interaction using netconf. I did not see any
difference and improvement so far.
Xing: will do offline.
Daniele: please move to list.
Henry: two things to standardize: 1) interface enhancement on existing
work; 2) how to manage agent.
Daniele: 2nd does not belong to ccamp.
Xing: ok, we will focus on interface enhancement.

Daniel: in teas we have ACTN POI assurance. Coordination would be needed
and cross reference could be done. teas work will be happy to take this
as informative.
Daniele: shall we extend to cover TE?
Haomian: may have two options on the table: 1) extend to TE; 2) focus on
how to do SLA assurance in L0/L1 network, 2) will fit into ccamp.
Daniele: these are both valuable.
Christian: aware of the incident work, and some similarity found. Please
look at those work.

Daniele: happy to see ospf. This can be a mix of CATS and TEAS work, the
type of information to be broadcasting may belong to cats, and extension
could be coordinated in teas, but for sure not ccamp.
Adrian: speaking as cats chair, lsr may also be related. Both problem
and potential solutions are interesting, suggest to read the cats draft
and then see how the proposed metric differ with CATS capabilities and
metrics. Then you could either integrate your proposal into their work
or putting their metric into your work.
Daniele: then we can decide how to advertise.
Dan Fedyk: for the selective metrics are appropriate for OSPF-TE, I
think you can look at the attributes to be advertized together with
frequency and the distribution of where they are needed. On a whole a
lot of things don't belong to there, do some of them maybe. You are
asking about OSPF-TE, what else could it be?
