Note that this is a BOF meeting and not a working meeting. The sole objective of the BOF is to measure the suitablility of this work to the IETF and the suitability of the IETF to do the work. Key factors are whether there is interest, knowledge, and available resources (people) active in the IETF to progress this work forward.
