subsecond convergence times?  What is the best?  10s is expected, our testing shows about
1sb & the problem is jitter.

# of ASN?   - an IDR draft asking for 1m private ASNs  - Bill Manning

lots of other sites use private ASNs for different reasons and have developed tools
techniques for ASN reuse.  Could you consider using some of these existing tools
instead of building your own?

no discussion of VM machine mobility - why?
this solution is for a very static system.
