1) Chairs Administrativia
- Behcet: We are behind on the charter miletones by 9 months and  need to hurry up and send the deliverabls quickly with good quality
- Behcet: We have produced 2 RFCs so far, and we now have 2 WG drafts in progress, and 1 WG draft in IETF Last Call
- Brian (AD):It is actually in IESG Last Call (already passed IETF Last Call)
- Behcet: New process allows anyone to be a document shephard (not just chairs)
- Behcet: We need more comments in WGLC reviews
2) Thomas: Source Mobility WG draft 
- Thomas: Presents slides with 3 basic scenarios for a muticast sender
- Stig: Does the security section require mainly editorial or technical updates
- Thomas: Mostly editorial
- Stig: Please update Security before WGLC
- Thomas: Ok
- Behcet: Asks for volunteer reviewers  
- Dirk, Sebastian, Akbar volunteer for end of Aug for review
- Brian: It is an experimental document so let's publish and then let people experiment
3) Thomas: Fast Handover WG draft
- Thomas: Presents slides
- Thomas: Editorial polishing to finish in a few weeks
- Georgio: Draft has no requirements but need to define them  Also describe steps in Figures in the text
- Georgio: Will send out in Email the questions
- Volunteer reviewers: Georgio, Shuai by end of Sept (after new version in Aug) 
- Thomas: This plugs into unicast approach and fills a gap
- Brian: It is okay to continue with experimental documents like this
- Behcet: This solution will work with its counterpart unicast solution
 
4) Carlos: MN multicast activity tracking
- Carlos: This is due to a request by Behcet and is not a chartered item yet
- Carlos: Presents slides
- Behcet: LMA does not know binding cache (pg. 3)
- Carlos: Need to use signalling
- Behcet: If MAG had PIM rather then PMIP is it different signalling
- Carlos: Then you dont have this issue
- Stig: You will have it in either case
- Stig: I feel this work is too early
- Georgio: Have you done experiments?
- Carlos: Yes, we have done some simulations
 
 
  
5) Multiple MTMAs and Avoiding Tunnel Convergence
- Behcet: Presents slides
- Behcet: One solution is in JC's draft that is in IESG but does not cover multiple MTMAs easily
- Thomas: Issue is that MNs are associated with 1 LMA/MTMA.  So this approach may cause complexity
- Stig: It depends on how multiple content providers coordinate delivery
- Thomas:It is scalable
6) PIM at the MAG routing 
- Behcet: Can we have a WG draft based on Hitoshi's draft?
- Brian: For what charter item?
- Brian: It can also be sent to Independent RFC Stream (ISE)
- Hitoshi: It needs some updates
- Brian:Can either do it quickly here or send it to ISE
- Hitoshi: May need expert reviewers from this WG
- Brian: ISE allow this
- Brian: If it can be done by end of Sept then we can consider here
- Behcet: Can we adopt now?
- Brian: Do not ask for adoption
7) Stig- Let's discuss if we need to close Multimob?
- Stig: We have done our basic charter.  What do people think
- Thomas: Declare success now and close WG
