AVTEXT Audio/Video Transport Extensions

Note: The meeting of the AVTEXT working group will follow the STRAW
working group.  STRAW is scheduled to meet from 15:20 - 16:05, in the
same room.

The starting time is approximate, so do not rely on a specific time
for where one group finishes and the other starts. If STRAW has some
interesting and constructive discussions, they may carry on a bit
longer.  Conversely, AVTEXT will start as soon as STRAW finishes, and
if that is early, then AVTEXT will make use of the time.
