The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved Spencer Shepler 
(spencer.shepler@gmail.com) as the expert for for Remote Procedure Call 
(RPC). 

 6.3 Confirm early allocation of LDP Status Code (Ralph Droms)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the early 
allocation of the LDP Status Code.

 6.4 Revisions to tcp-parameters registry [IANA #305024] (Michelle 
     Cotton)

The management issue was discussed.

Action item: Lars Eggert to assist IANA with the revisions to the 
tcp-parameters registry.

 6.5 Recommendation from the Routing Research Group (Jari Arkko)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG decided that further 
discussion is needed on this topic.
