The management issue was discussed.  An additional two-week Last Call 
will be issued on draft-ietf-pwe3-static-pw-status.

   6.3 Paul Eggert as new TZ coordinator (Russ Housley)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved Paul Eggert as 
the new time zone coordinator.
