IAB News We Can Use 6. Management Issues 6.1 Decision Regarding the Request for 3rd RTG AD (Jari Arkko) The management issue was discussed. The IESG decided to request a that NomCom appoint a third Routing Area Director. 6.2 Designated experts for XML schemas (RFC 3688) (Barry Leiba) The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Graham Klyne and Julian Reschke as the new designated experts for the non-IODEF schemas defined in RFC 3688 , replacing Jari Urpalainen. Kathleen Moriarty will remain as the designated expert for the IODEF schemas (RFC 6685). 6.3 Telechat Scheduling (Jari Arkko) The management issue was discussed. Action item: Jari Arkko to send out a Doodle poll regarding upcoming IESG teleconference times. 7.
