EBML -- lots of pull requests in response to RFC Editor AUTH48 comments. Are we all OK with them? This is a product of the working group

 -14: almost complete after AD review, what needs to happen to finish responding to Murray's review?

5. Mapping of MOV clean aperture values to Matroska

it is a bit blurry about what is supposed to come from the container, and what is supposed to come from the codec
we need to have a solid explanation of what they are supposed to do with it.
Aperture value, but only a part of the frame is expected to be visible to the viewer, so this is a hint as to what to display.  This is used by the cinema, but they shoot a bigger frame.
Also, if there is video that is letter-box inside the frame, and do not show that part.

      Steve to open issue in Matroska spec about how this should be split up.
