   • Use cases and requirements

     • James: Some bits are still to do
     • James: Another version for the end of year or beginning of the next meeting
     • James: Still open issues regarding timescales
     • James: Assessment between requirements and Miroslav's drafts. Consolidation should be done before IESG submission
     • Karen: New version should be submitted before the next interim meeting (11 January)
     • James: The draft version on Github is usually ahead of the datatracker version
     • Karen: Will figure out where to add an external reference to the draft

   • NTPv5 specification

     • Miroslav: Some chances for clarification
     • Miroslav: Some chances as result of the Hackathon effort in London
     • Miroslav: Some chances regarding the secondary timescale
     • Miroslav: timescale encoded in an EF
     • David: Ideas about dissemination of frequency offsets between different timescales (e.g. freq. offset between UT1 and UTC)
     • Danny: The draft is missing some operational modes (1,2,5)
     • James: The requirement of these modes require a consensus call
     • Karen: Support of these modes is a topic for the requirements draft.
