Administrivia Cindy Morgan will ask the RSOC to approve the minutes of the 2022-03-14 and 2022-04-11 meetings via email. 2. v3 Issues and Tools John Levine reported that he posted draft-iab-rfc7991bis-04 to the I-D repository and is currently collecting feedback. Some of the feedback on 7991bis suggested that there should also be a -bis for RFC 7998 ("xml2rfc" Version 3 Preparation Tool Description). John reached out to the authors of RFC 7998, who have agreed to work with him on the updates. Peter Saint-Andre asked if all of the other relevant RFC format- related RFCs will need to be updated. John Levine replied that they probably will; updates to one document might affect another. 3. RFC-Futures Update / RSOC Transition Planning Peter Saint-Andre reported that draft-iab-rfcefdp-rfced-model is currently in the RFC Editor Queue in the EDIT state. The IAB and the IESG have sent out a call for feedback on the RFC Series Working Group (RSWG) Chair candidates. Peter Saint-Andre encouraged RSOC members to provide feedback. Cindy Morgan reported that the IAB and the IESG are in the process of scheduling interviews with the candidates and plan to have the interviews done by late May/ early June. Cindy Morgan reported that the stream representatives for the RFC Series Approval Board (RSAB) have all been selected, and the mailing list and Datatracker group for that will be set up this week. Peter Saint-Andre reported that he has talked to some of the RSAB members about whether they would like to continue the RFC Style Guide and Change Management Team for handling the day-to-day issues that the RPC encounters. Jay Daley has asked Greg Wood to put together an education program about the new RFC Editor model to help people understand the changes. 4. Errata Backlog Peter Saint-Andre and John Levine sent an email to the IESG about the backlog of unprocessed errata on 2022-05-04. Sandy Ginoza followed up with additional details. The suggestions included processing errata during the Hackathon before each IETF meeting and improving tooling to make errata processing more efficient. 5. AOB 6.
