IETF Presentation at RIPE 86 An IETF presentation at RIPE 86 was not accepted for their plenary, but RIPE has offered a BOF slot. The IAB discussed potential topics and goals for a BOF session; all were in agreement that the IETF should use this BOF slot, and discussions will continue to plan the content and approach of the presentation. The IAB and IESG will have planning time for this at the upcoming retreat. 3. ICANN Board Listening Session Lars Eggert has drafted some initial notes and shared them with the IAB and IESG. All IAB and IESG members should review the document and plan to discuss it again at next week's regular calls. The IAB discussed how this feedback should be communicated to the IETF community. The IAB agreed to send an email about this to IETF-Announce shortly after the listening session. Cindy Morgan will add the listening session to the IAB and IESG calendars. 4. IAB response to the EC on "The future of the electronic communications sector and its infrastructure" The draft response remains in progress. 5. IETF-3GPP Coordination Group Tommy Pauly suggested the creation of a new Administrative Support Group for IETF-3GPP Coordination, similar to the already existing IETF-IEEE 802 Coordination group. Description text has already been reviewed by the IAB. The IAB approved the new Administrative Support Group, and Cindy Morgan will set it up in the Datatracker. 6. Mirja Kühlewind asked if the IAB wanted to invite someone from the Metaverse Standards Forum to an upcoming IAB meeting to discuss how this relates to IETF work. The IAB concluded that more internal discussion is needed first. 8. Next IAB Meeting The Next IAB Meeting is scheduled for 2023-04-26.
