3. Review program description and processes 

  Mirja Kühlewind reviewed the IAB's current Technical Program and 
  Administrative Support Group structure and noted several places where 
  she thinks that the current text describing them can be clarified.

  Mirja Kühlewind, Dhruv Dhody, and Suresh Krishnan will work on 
  updating the current text that describes Technical Programs and 
  Administrative Support Groups and send it out to the IAB for review.


4. Independent Submissions Editor (ISE) Appointment

  The IAB voted to reappoint Eliot Lear as the Independent Submissions 
  Editor for 2024-2026.


5. ISE request for review of draft-bichot-msync-15

  The IAB decided to decline the ISE's request for an additional IAB 
  review of draft-bichot-msync. Tommy Pauly will respond to the ISE.
