2. AI Opt-Out

  Mark Nottingham joined the IAB to discuss a potential workshop
  on developing requirements and use cases for implementing AI
  opt-out legislative requirements. The group is considering a
  workshop under Chatham House rules towards the end of 2024.
  Alissa Cooper, Dhruv Dhody, and Mirja Kühlewind will work with
  Mark Nottingham on a written workshop proposal.


3. Executive Session: ICANN Board Liaison Appointment

  The ICANN Board Liaison Appointment process was discussed in an
  executive session.
