Policy Program and Roundtable Experiences Sally Wentworth discussed the successful program in Brisbane with government officials. She described how engagement opened a channel for conversation with regulators from different countries in the region and a renewed engagement with the UN Economic and Social Council for Asia-Pacific. The group explored ways to better articulate policy trends and technical considerations for policymakers. Sally Wentworth also discussed the policy roundtable held in Brisbane; continuing in Vancouver will be considered. 2. Amicus Program Joseph Lorenzo Hall presented ISOC's pilot program, which leverages amicus briefs to advocate for the Internet in legal cases. With John Morris, he provided an overview of the recent brief filed in Nevada. 3. SG13 Activities Hosein Badran provided an update about the ITU-T Study Group 13 (SG13), including the increased focus on gap analysis within the TSAG. Identified the requirement for multi-country proposals as an emerging trend and mentioned proposals on emerging technologies like Web 3.0 and AI.
