- new version with changes suggested by Martin. It is now using a user-specific organisation ID (OID)for the TLV.
- A registry for the OID is still needed

Consensus: the document passed the WGLC and will be put forward

4. NTPv5 Requirements - WGLC Results

- James: addressed comments from Kristof and Ira. Further feedback is necessary.
- Karen: want to proceed with the document with the goal to be published.
- Rich: It has not to be published. I've seen different examples in which requirement docs ended up as drafts and were not proceeded to RFCs.
- Karen: It will help to get decision written down.
- Karen: There was an intense discussion on the mailing list. Therefore, please push a new version to the datatracker.
