- new version with changes suggested by Martin. It is now using a user-specific organisation ID (OID)for the TLV.
- A registry for the OID is still needed

- Karen: want to proceed with the document with the goal to be published.
- Rich: It has not to be published. I've seen different examples in which requirement docs ended up as drafts and were not proceeded to RFCs.
- Karen: It will help to get decision written down.
- Karen: There was an intense discussion on the mailing list. Therefore, please push a new version to the datatracker.

Watson: Work in progress. Server key rotation shall be included in the draft. A new version will be submitted. After that draft should be ready for WGLC.

An update will be submitted in two to three weeks. The new version should be ready to be adopted as WG document.
