This interim is the -00 draft Interim for IETF-122

To make IDR meetings at the IETF efficient, the IDR WG schedules a "-00 draft" interim one week before the IETF draft deadline. The purpose of this interim is to provide early feedback to authors. 

We encourage authors to plan to submit their -00 draft before this meeting, but we will accept a presentation without a draft.
