As the Nominating Committee has been doing its work, it has become clear
that we needed more tools support than can be provided by someone not
privy to our data.
As such, and following the lead of my predecessor, I have asked Henrik
Levkowetz to serve as an advisor to the nominating committee. He will not
be participating in the work of the committee, but will be under the
confidentiality of the committee, and able to see our data. As such, he
will not be eligible for appointment by this committee.
